Do you need more fuel flow or bigger injectors for your turbo, supercharged or high Horsepower naturally aspirated ‘94-02 Viper with stock intake manifold? Our Billet Aluminum Fuel Rails are your solution! These rails are low profile, easy to connect fuel lines to and allow your throttle cable to be in line with the linkage as it should. The rails are securely fastened to the intake manifold using stainless steel hardware into 10 CNC machined mounts that positively lock into the factory injector holes. They’re designed to be used with slim profile standard height injectors as found on our site. We have injectors, MAP sensors, fittings, hose and programs to complement these rails. When used with our 69 lb per hour injectors, this fuel system can support over 1,300 HP. *
The rails and mounts are constructed of 6061 Aluminum Alloy, which can be anodized or polished to a mirror finish at your location. We offer anodizing by a local shop, please specify the color in comments section if desired.
Each rail has an inside bore diameter of .578" and is tapped with 3/8" pipe thread ends so you can install any size dash fitting desired. In the drop down menu you can select what size 3/8" pipe to AN hose size adapter you want with the rails. They also come with forward end plugs and a bushing to allow you to install a standard 1/8" fuel pressure sensor if desired.
The fuel line connection kits offered for Dash 6 and Dash 8 hose are not assembled and include 3 feet of Aeroquip fuel rated hose, two 90 degree swivel fittings, two straight fittings and a Tee. This gives you the ability to connect the rails and any aftermarket fuel line you may have. If you are connecting directly to the factory steel fuel line (like the stock manifold fuel line did), we offer an assembled Dash 6 hose kit with a quick disconnect that will plug right in.
The injectors offered with these rails have a flow rate of 60 lbs / hr at 43.5 psi and 69 lbs / hr at 58 psi. They use the standard factory electrical connectors.
The 2 bar MAP sensor kit includes everything needed to replace the factory 1 bar MAP in the case of boosted applications. Programming by way of SCT will be required. Please contact us for custom programming.
Please allow 7 days for manufacturing and assembly with anodizing adding an additional 7 to 10 days.
NOTE: These rails do not fit original 1992-93 intake manifolds. With a manifold change, they will fit the 1992-93 cars.
